Baylis Hill provides personal development and performance improvement coaching together with change management consultancy. Our consultants have experience of working effectively with different sectors but have particular expertise in the public sector.
Our consultants appreciate the many challenges of working in environments where business demands are increasing but where resources are reducing. We understand that the need to deliver services to high standards remains a strong performance area for leaders who need to ensure that their business processes are efficient and that their staff are working to their full potential. Baylis Hill has experience in recognising the barriers that inhibit personal and organisational performance and can work with individuals and teams to help identify solutions that will deliver effective outcomes.

Elaine Baylis QPM, the leading consultant is widely experienced in leadership and has a proven record in delivery of personal and organisational performance in the public sector.
Elaine has held a number of senior leadership positions in the Public Sector environment. Whilst her primary role has been in policing, working at all levels up to and including the rank of Assistant Chief Constable, she has worked extensively with other local public sector organisations where she has developed a reputation for being an effective leader. Her experience is in both strategic and operational partnership environments, where she has led a range of activity designed to implement strategy and deliver good operational results. She has experience of setting up collaborative ventures between statutory and voluntary agencies. She has worked with significant cultural and business change and has a proven record in achieving positive outcomes.
In recent years, Elaine has provided mentoring and work-based coaching to a range of senior managers both in the public and private sectors.
Elaine attributes her success to a strong focus on leadership and personal responsibility within the workplace. She is committed to sharing her experiences and using her learning in working with others to enable others to fulfill their own potential and to achieve their own personal success.
Elaine had a number of associates who complement her experience with a range of different skills, ensuring Baylis Hill can meet the differing needs of their clients.
